5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Ensure cargo is properly packaged for transportation.
- Declare the true nature and value of all goods.
- Provide all documentation required for transportation and customs clearance.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the shipment.
Customers remain responsible for any losses, penalties, or delays resulting from incorrect information or documentation.
6. Prohibited Cargo
Cargosphere Global Logistics Ltd reserves the right to refuse transportation of cargo that is prohibited or restricted under applicable laws or aviation regulations.
Examples include:
- Illegal goods
- Hazardous materials without proper authorization
- Counterfeit products
- Explosives
- Weapons without required permits
- Narcotics and controlled substances
- Perishable goods without approved handling arrangements
- Any cargo that may endanger aircraft safety
7. Cargo Inspection
We reserve the right to inspect any shipment where required by law, airport authorities, customs agencies, or aviation security regulations.
8. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery schedules are provided for planning purposes only.
Although we strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

9. Payments

Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance for valuable shipments.
12. Cargo Insurance
Unless expressly agreed in writing, shipments are not automatically insured by Cargosphere Global Logistics Ltd.
Customers are responsible for arranging cargo insurance where necessary.
13. Customs Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with customs laws, import regulations, export requirements, and documentation obligations in both the country of origin and destination.
Any customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, or inspection fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
14. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Distribute malicious software.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Submit false information.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is detected.
